BIA APPEALS

A BIA appeal is a legal process to challenge decisions made by immigration judges or officers regarding immigration matters, such as denial of asylum, cancellation of removal, or other relief applications. The BIA reviews these decisions to ensure they comply with immigration laws and regulations.

You may file a BIA appeal if you received an adverse decision from an immigration judge or officer and believe there were errors in the decision-making process that warrant review by the BIA. It is crucial to act promptly as there are strict deadlines for filing appeals.
