Strategic Litigation: Suing for Damages in International Court

If you are in the United States and have received status, you can consider suing the individuals who harmed you under the Alien Tort Statute or the Torture Victim Protection Act. In addition you may be able to make a complaint to the Human Rights Counsel of the United Nations.
CIDBL engages in strategic litigation and exhausts all possible avenues of relief for those who have experienced past persecution.
